Ready to start the process?
Dynamic has a highly experienced recruitment team that is dedicated to creating and maintaining relationships with people just like you who engage and partner with us in their search! We believe that helping you find the right position isn’t always a one and done situation. Wherever you stand on the career ladder – from entry level to executive – you could use the support of someone to help you get into a new industry or the next level in the one you're in.
That’s what we do at Dynamic: offer the support you need to stand out in the crowd. By offering you tips that will help you craft a more powerful resume profile, sharing important interview techniques, and assessing your skills, we help you showcase the very best you have to offer. It is equally important we share insight into the hiring company’s structure, environment, and management styles so you walk into your interview prepared. We get you directly in front of the stakeholders who are making the hiring decisions and can provide useful information that you would not get going in cold.
As we work together, we take exceptional care to tailor our search based on your qualifications, personality, and prior experience.
Our goal is to provide you with feedback that will be valuable during your search, and more importantly, will benefit you and your career long-term. The relationship with us does not end once you hear the words, “You got the job!” That’s just the beginning. We strive to work with candidates in all stages of their career, whether they’re moving to a new position or are now in the position to make hiring decisions of their own.
Three Types of Placements
Direct Hire Placement
This type of hire is a full-time vacancy, a new role that is being added to a team or a position that we uncover by proactively reaching out to our hiring partners about you! We understand the job search process can be overwhelming, and even just getting your resume seen by an actual hiring manager making the decisions can be difficult. That's why our recruiting managers work diligently to understand your skills, the working environment, and management style you are seeking.
When we take on a new direct hire search, our team thoroughly identifies all qualities and skills you have in order to make sure you’re the best fit for the company – and that the company is the best fit for you! At the end of the day, our goal is a winning combination on both sides!
Temp-to-Hire | Working Interview
Our Working Interview (also known as Temp-to-Hire) is when a company has a vacancy on their team and has every intention to have it filled full time.
The goal in this type of hire is to be sure that you and the company are a strong, mutually aligned, long term match. This style gives companies the opportunity to bring a highly qualified candidate like you on for a predetermined amount of time to work and get the feel of a day in the life. This allows both parties to determine if it’s the right fit after time to get to know each other's work style, personality, and performance.
Temporary Placement
Temporary placements can be long-term, indefinite, or short-term projects, depending on the company’s business demands. Sometimes you may fill in for someone who is on a leave of absence, or you may be coming in as a new employee during the company’s busy season. This is great when you have just moved to a new area or if you need to earn additional weekly income, but are not looking for long-term employment. Either way, both sides understand that there is a predetermined time frame involved.
This type of hiring is a wonderful way to experience a company or even a different type of role than you’re accustomed to. It’s an excellent way to get your foot in the door as an internal employee at your dream company, even if it is short term. Additionally, this allows you to stay in the know about upcoming positions before they are opened to the public or other professional staffing firms like ours.
Dynamic Gets you in Front of the Right Hiring Managers to Help You Get Hired
Dynamic gives you an advantage over other job seekers. By acting as coach and advocate, we help you prepare for a successful interview process by getting your name in front of the managers making the hiring decisions.
-
1. Professional Profile
Everyone starts by filling out a professional profile. This enables Dynamic to learn more about you before our first call, which typically happens within 24 hours of your completed profile. While our goal is to call within the same working day, sometimes that isn’t possible so we invite (and highly encourage) you to call us if you haven’t heard back. After all, being proactive, enthusiastic, and engaging is a good idea in any search process.
-
2. Official Interview (Virtual or In-Person)
If everything goes well on that initial phone call, we’ll schedule an official interview. During that time, we’ll go over your skills, experience, your most desired commute location, and what company/business environment you are seeking. We want to get to know you so we can understand what you’re looking for, what you’re able to offer, and how you might fit into a company’s culture. Being detailed and straightforward is best as we discuss everything from personality types and management styles you enjoy the most, to situational on-the-job examples and how others would describe you.
Keep in mind that we get to know you better when we have more details about your specific experience and what you really want in your next role. These details are vital to determine if we are going to be working together, as well as to help us know the right companies to get you connected with. We also offer tips during our interviews, so that you can walk away with a tangible benefit that you can use right away or in the future. We review your resume, offer advice and suggestions on interview strategies, and overall job search guidance. If you are looking for in-depth career coaching, check out Pure Ambition Consulting here.

3. Assessments
After your interview we’ll decide what kind of assessments are necessary to help us find the right opportunities and environment for you. These assessments help us understand what your skill level is, among other things. If you’ve taken assessments in other jobs or with other agencies, providing us with the results is incredibly helpful and will save you time in the process.
Our goal is to set you up for success. To be able to better represent your experience to our clients, we need to validate your skill set. You know what you’re good at, but we don’t — yet. These assessments help our team to better understand where your expertise and knowledge lie, and what you could do to help improve your chances in your next opportunity. We give all our candidates copies of their assessments at their request, so you’re able to learn and grow just from working with us.
-
4. The Search Process
Once assessments are completed, let us know your availability and requirements, and we either present you to our clients with open positions or we start looking for companies who might need somebody with exactly your experience, attitude, and skillset. To be able to present you, we need some necessary information, including 2-3 solid professional references from previous managers or supervisors, excluding friends and family. For the most mutually successful partnership with us, we need you to keep the lines of communication open! While we can’t guarantee a position for you, we are committed to giving you as much information and every opportunity we can for you to shine in the interview and hiring process.
In the off chance that we aren’t able to find an opportunity for you right away, don’t worry. There are new opportunities generated every day. While we keep your name in our network, you can increase your chances of placement by checking in with us regularly. Update us on any new skills or experience you’ve acquired. Let us know if you’ll be unavailable for some reason. We never know when a company needs to hire someone quickly, so knowing your availability is essential so we can place you if possible. Whether you’re looking for a full-time regular placement or interim temporary work, make sure you have all the necessary documentation ready when the offer is made.

5. The Hiring Process
This is your turn to take the lead. We can get you in front of the decision makers inside of the companies, however, it’s up to you from there. The process typically starts with phone or video interviews, which based on a successful first interview is generally followed by an onsite interview. Every interview process is different and determined by the hiring urgency of the company. As you move through the process, don’t forget everything you learned and stay focused on the goal: getting that next interview or that job offer.
If one opportunity doesn’t work out, that’s ok – remember when one door closes, others will open! You’re part of our team now. We want you to succeed, and we’ll help you find other opportunities.
